The PASTA MAKING ADVENTURE at the moment are scheduled one Saturday a month at 6:30PM - Italy Time. We'll tell you the ingredients and the dough and together we’ll make a new pasta shape and a sauce.
Then we’ll cook it and taste it all together, just like we did back in Verona!

The Pasta Q&A at the moment are scheduled one Wednesday a month at 6:30PM - Italy Time and I'll be there to reply to all your pasta questions, fix pasta problems, share suggestions, ideas... Help you as much as we can to make your pasta journey easier and faster.
