TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL PROVISION

The conditions indicated below are effective exclusively between the individual company Vallì Homemade by Valentina Tosi with registered office in Corso Cavour, 41 - Verona – VAT number IT04942980238 (hereinafter referred to as “Host”) and any person or business (hereinafter referred to as “Guest") who purchases products or makes reservations for interdisciplinary and intercultural courses (hereinafter referred to as "Classes" on the websites www.vallihomemade.com; www.mygrannysecret.com; www.cucinaresenza.com; www.vlabverona.com (hereinafter referred to as "Websites"). These conditions may be subject to modifications and the date of publication of the themselves on the site is equivalent to the date of entry into force. These terms are published and available to everyone on our websites and as such, by enrolling in the class and/or purchasing a product the guest expresses their unconditional acceptance.

COURSES

The classes take place during the day (morning and/or afternoon) and/or evening and:

* they have a limited number of places, in order to guarantee the quality of the training;

* they are upon reservation;

* they can include one or more lessons;

they can be shared with other guests or private (SMALL GROUPS: up to 10 people; BIG GROUPS: 10+ people)

* they can be held in English or Italian and/or both;

* they can be carried out by one or more qualified and selected teachers;

* they can be carried out in different locations depending on organizational needs.

In order to book and participate to a class, the guest can contact the host using the form selecting the class, the date and the number of people. Once the hosts has checked the availabilities and the guest received a confirmation, he needs to proceed the payment with credit card, paypal or bank transfer, due as a deposit to confirm the booking.

• PAYMENT AND BILLING

  PAYMENT

  To book the course, payment of the deposit is required via bank transfer. PayPal, Klarna or Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay). The reservation will be considered confirmed only and exclusively upon receipt of the deposit itself. Once the deposit has been received, a confirmation email will be sent with details of the location, date and time of the course.

  BILLING

  The receipt or invoice, if requested during checkout, will be issued within 7 days after the class date and/or the cancellation deadline. The invoice will contain all the information provided by the guest during the purchase process. After issuing the invoice, it will no longer be possible to make any changes to the data indicated in the invoice. • CANCELLATION AND/OR CHANGE BY HOST

  CANCELLATION

  If the class is canceled for organizational reasons by the Host, or due to failure to reach the minimum number of participants, the guest will be contacted and will have the right to choose another course, or to obtain a refund of the entire deposit paid. In the second case, the refund will be made within 30 days from the date on which the guest communicates his intention to obtain the refund.

  CHANGE

  The host, for organizational reasons and actual necessity, reserves the right to change the programs, dates and teachers of the class, always with the aim of guaranteeing their quality and continuity. Any change will be promptly communicated to the guest by email and/or telephone communication to the data provided during checkout. The host also reserves the right to postpone the class, giving prior notice to the participants.

• CANCELLATION AND/OR CHANGE BY THE GUESTS

  The Guest who wishes to cancel and/or change the reservation must promptly communicate his intention via email to the address [email protected]. For all these situations the following terms will be followed by the Host:

  CANCELLATION

  * SHARED CLASS

  Up to 48 hours before the start date: Full Refund

  From 47 hours to 24 before the start date: 50% Refund

  From 23 hours or less before the start date: No Refund

  * PRIVATE CLASS - SMALL GROUP (up to 10 people)

  Up to 15 days before the start date: Full Refund

  From 15 to 7 days before the start date: 50% refund

  From 7 days or less before the start date: No Refunds

  * PRIVATE CLASS - BIG GROUP (up to 12 people)

  Up to 30 days before the start date: Full Refund

  From 29 to 15 days before the start date: 50% refund

  From 15 days or less before the start date: No Refunds

  CHANGE

  * SHARED CLASS

  The guest can ask to the Host for the possibility of changing their booking in terms of number of guests, date etc. Any variation must be authorized by the Host after careful feasibility checks. For the class that it's not possible to change and the cancellation terms still apply, the guest will be free to cancel his booking.

  * PRIVATE CLASS - SMALL AND BIG GROUPS

  The guest can ask to the Host for the possibility of changing their booking in terms of number of guests, date etc. Any variation must be authorized by the Host after careful feasibility checks. For the class that it's not possible to change and the cancellation terms still apply, the guest will be free to cancel his booking.

• GUEST CONDUCT, GUARANTEES AND INDEMNITY

  Participation in the Classes is voluntary, just as every action performed by the guest during the class is strictly voluntary. All classes are organized in private home and the guest, by finalizing the booking, declares to access them with respect and politeness. During the Classes, the guest will be able to use normal kitchen tools, including knives, burners and/or small appliances, being aware of any risks they may encounter during the classes themselves. The guest declares and guarantees that:

  a) he will take the utmost care and respect for the spaces and equipment made available during the classes, collaborating in their correct and peaceful conduct;

  b) will comply with the methods of carrying out the individual activities envisaged within the classes;

  c) will refrain from engaging in imprudent, impetuous, violent and/or dangerous behavior for himself and for other participants in the classes or which is contrary to the law, public order and morality;

  d) will refrain from stealing the products and/or goods displayed and/or present within the location of the host and, in any case, from causing damage to the spaces and/or to things and/or people present within the spaces . The participant declares and guarantees that he is not affected by pathologies, allergies and/or intolerances incompatible with participation, preparation and handling of tools and ingredients, as well as tasting the foods prepared during the classes. In the case of intake and/or ingestion of food and/or drinks, made available by host as part of the Classes, it will be the sole responsibility and responsibility of the individual guest to ensure that such products and/or dishes do not contain substances and/or components that may cause allergies and/or intolerances and/or are in any case harmful to one's health, any liability being expressly excluded on the part of Host. The guest is responsible for his property and personal effects brought into the premises during the lessons, and the Host has no responsibility or obligation for custody.

  The guest must also:

  a) refrain from making any request, claim, indemnity or compensation against the host in any way in relation to any damage of any nature to the participant occurring or suffered during their participation in the planned activities within the Courses, as well as in relation to any theft of property owned by the participant himself that he may suffer during the Courses, consequently assuming full and total responsibility in this regard;

  b) indemnify and hold the Host harmless from any liability for any damage, loss or injury that the participant (and/or third parties) may suffer as a result of their participation in the class activities, including any expense incurred for alleged damages, losses or injuries. In any case, the guest will be responsible and must compensate for any damage caused to Vallì Homemade di Valentina Tosi, to the spaces, equipment and/or utensils, products, furnishings and/or people present within the spaces, which derives from one's participation in the activities included in the Courses. Finally, the guest will hold Vallì Homemade and its assignees fully indemnified and harmless from any claim and/or action and/or cost and/or damage and/or disturbance (including reasonable legal expenses) that may be raised, in any moment, towards Vallì Homemade di Valentina Tosi by third parties that conflict with the guarantees provided for in this regulation or, in any case, burdening the guest as a consequence of the acceptance of this regulation and/or pursuant to the law.

• RESPONSIBILITY

  Vallì assumes no responsibility for disservices attributable to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, even if dependent on malfunctions and disservices of the internet network, in the event that it is unable to execute the order within the expected time.

• ACCESS TO THE LOCATION

  The guest has the right to access the site for consultation and making purchases and/or reservations. No other use, especially commercial, of the site or its contents is permitted. The integrity of the elements of this site, whether text, sound or visual, and the related technology used remain the property of the host and are protected by intellectual property rights.

JURISDICTION COURT

For any dispute that may arise between the parties regarding the validity, interpretation, execution and application of this contract, the Court of Verona will have exclusive jurisdiction.
