Let's get our hands in the flour and prepare fresh homemade gnocchi together...

Gnocchi are simple and quick to prepare but at the same time they can prove complex if you don't follow the right steps. In these hours together I will teach you to recognize the perfect potatoes, to prepare the dough following my Granny's recipe, to give them the perfect shape to capture all the sauce possible.

I will provide you with everything you need, just bring your appetite, lots of enthusiasm and a camera to capture this experience in your memory book.
