What to expect

Let's get our hands in the flour and prepare fresh homemade pasta together...

During our time together I will teach you everything I know about pasta... I will show you the difficulties you may encounter and how to overcome them. You will have fun putting yourself to the test by trying out the ancient and modern methods of rolling out the pastry, you will learn to make some of the most famous cuts, from tagliolini to pappardelle, farfalle, maltagliati and many others...

You will also see how to prepare decorated and colored pasta to amaze your guests and finally prepare lots of tagliatelle and ravioli.

After all the work we will enjoy a small aperitif accompanied by a good glass of wine produced from a special Venetian vineyard and while you will be able to see how to prepare two quick and easy sauces. Finally we will sit at the same table and taste the two courses we have prepared.

I will provide you with everything you need, just bring your appetite, lots of enthusiasm and a camera to capture this experience in your memory book.
