What to expect

In this 2.5-hour experience, you’ll learn how to make delicious vegan pasta completely from scratch. But we go even further: you’ll start by milling flour, just like the old Italian families used to do.


Here’s what you’ll do step by step:

You’ll try our small stone mill so you can see the difference between flours

We’ll teach you how to knead the perfect egg-free dough.

While the dough rests, we’ll explain different shapes tecniques.

We'll shape the pasta of the day

Toast to your work with a glass of wine while pasta cooks

Enjoy your handmade pasta together served with a homemade Nonna's vegan sauce, of course!

You’ll leave with full hearts, full bellies, and new skills to bring a taste of Italy into your own kitchen.
