A dish that talks about you, a tailor-made recipe that describes your personality or the essence of things in a bite. I like to create dishes that, at first taste, contain the character of people, the story of a book, the emotions of a musical, or simply the essence of the things that surround me. Just simple and genuine ingredients to describe the sensations, the perfumes, the colors, and so on.
Each dish follows my philosophy of genuine cooking as it was in the past, preferring recipes prepared without
