Gnocchi means three words to me: sharing, union, family. Just like in the best Italian family, in this cooking class, we’re making gnocchi in Verona all together, sharing time, laugh and preparing this amazing traditional dish with our own hands.

Since I was a child I have always loved helping my grandmother to prepare gnocchi. When I think back to those moments I see the large wooden table of the house in the country, the flour here and there, and the small pieces of dough stolen and then eaten.

Gnocchi are simple and quick to prepare but at the same time, they can be tricky. In this gnocchi cooking class, I will share with you all the secrets that my grandmother handed down to me so you can get perfect gnocchi on any occasion.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW

ALL our cooking classes are LOW/NO in SALT&SUGAR but FULL of TASTE&AUTHENTICITY in order to enjoy the real essence of food but also benefits our whole body too.

“Let’s put our hands in the flour…”

We will prepare two different types of gnocchi starting from the fresh ingredients… the classic dough with potatoes and the ricotta cheese one.

“…and in the end, we will eat together!”

At the end of the cooking class, we will eat together what we have prepared before. A three-course meal, cooked without/low salt and sugar in order to taste and savor the true essence of food and be surprised by the sensations that will be perceived on the palate, regional wine, and lots of laughs.

ATTENTION: To offer you a unique experience and also to avoid unpleasant personal health problems, I would like to point out that during the meal NO salt or sugar will be available to add to the dishes.

We will provide you with everything you need, you just need to bring your appetite, enthusiasm, and a camera to immortalize the experience.
